Project Management Essentials – Design

The faster things change, the more important learning new strategies becomes. Some aspects of design for construction are changing faster than ever before. Project Management Essentials provides architects, engineers and other built environment design professionals with the practical tools needed to achieve successful outcomes in all aspects of project management.

We constantly update and improve our programs. This year, we’ve added new sections on WFH/WFA – Working from Home / Working from Anywhere, and expanded coverage of essential negotiation skills. We’ve learned from surveying our participants that Scope Creep is THE No. 1 problem, with 75% of participants identifying it as a level 4/5 or 5/5 project management issue. We’ve developed a program guaranteed to tackle and minimise that problem.

With information doubling every two years, design professionals struggle to stay current with the techniques they need to remain relevant.

PSMJ Resources facilitates learning experiences for design professionals worldwide, in highly interactive workshop settings. Participants contribute their own experience, learn from the experience of others, and together gain a deeper understanding with PSMJ guidance.

We have 40 years of teaching and working with thousands of design professionals, from hundreds of practices. We’ve provided structured learning for Australian and New Zealand architects, engineers and other design professionals for over twenty years. With a global team of 80 professionals who have successfully run their own design and construction businesses, PSMJ passes on this invaluable experience to industry professionals of all levels.

The Project Management Essentials Program delivered by PSMJ offers 14 Formal CPD points for design professionals.
