Tasked with researching and securing venues; planning, managing and scheduling our program events and events’ calendar, event marketing strategies, monitoring timeframes, networking, enhancing client relations, providing program information to our clients, budgeting and invoicing, liaising and negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors, handling logistics, managing event feedback, post-event reports.

Service-oriented, addressing clients’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
